Autoevaluaci\u00f3n y Planificaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica<\/h2>\n

La evaluaci\u00f3n interna institucional (autoevaluaci\u00f3n) se inserta en el contexto del Sistema Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior (Sinaes) que, establecido por la Ley N\u00ba 10.861 del 14 de abril de 2004, tiene entre sus fines el mejoramiento de la calidad de la educaci\u00f3n superior y la ampliaci\u00f3n de su oferta.<\/p>\n

La autoevaluaci\u00f3n, en l\u00ednea con el Plan de Desarrollo Institucional (PDI) de la IES, debe ser vista como un proceso de autoconocimiento realizado por el Comit\u00e9 de Evaluaci\u00f3n Propia (CPA), pero que involucra a todos los actores que trabajan en la instituci\u00f3n, con el fin de analizar las actividades acad\u00e9micas desarrolladas. Es un proceso de inducci\u00f3n de calidad en la instituci\u00f3n, que debe aprovechar los resultados de las evaluaciones externas y la informaci\u00f3n recolectada y organizada desde el PDI, transform\u00e1ndolos en conocimiento y posibilitando su apropiaci\u00f3n por parte de los actores involucrados. Al fin y al cabo, las acciones de mejora a implementar por parte de la instituci\u00f3n dependen de su propia comprensi\u00f3n, de su propio autoconocimiento.<\/p>\n

El proceso de autoevaluaci\u00f3n de las IES debe consolidarse en el Informe de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n Institucional, que tiene como objetivo fomentar la cultura de la evaluaci\u00f3n institucional y subvencionar los procesos de evaluaci\u00f3n externa. Para colaborar con las IES en este proceso, la Direcci\u00f3n de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior (DAES), del Instituto Nacional de Estudios e Investigaciones Educativas An\u00edsio Teixeira (INEP), autarqu\u00eda del Ministerio de Educaci\u00f3n (MEC), con la orientaci\u00f3n de la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Evaluaci\u00f3n de la Educaci\u00f3n Superior (CONAES) sugiere, a continuaci\u00f3n, la hoja de ruta para la elaboraci\u00f3n del Informe de Autoevaluaci\u00f3n Institucional siguiendo la Nota T\u00e9cnica N\u00ba 065 INEP\/DAES\/CONAES del 9 de octubre de 2014.<\/p>\n
